Jaimee is a former college athlete and a student of yoga for over 12 years. Her schooling awarded her a BS in Sports Medicine/Nutrition through UNLV. She moved to Arizona 2 years ago to deepen her understanding of yoga and its sister science Aryuveda. She provides a yoga class that blends the importance of alignment, the depth of breath and the power of intention, while creating a unique experience for each of her students. Jaimee’s light and open heart invites all levels to join her while they groove together in a space of higher vibration.
